The challenge
Email, newsletters and staff noticeboards needed a more coordinated approach to school communications, supported by shared criteria and governance.

The approach
I planned and facilitated a week of virtual activities: understanding problems, synthesising insights, developing concepts and validating them with school users. Prepared Miro boards helped participants contribute, while daily synthesis kept the sprint moving.

The outcome
The sprint produced a shared direction and implementation planning. I consolidated the work into report-back slides, with stakeholders highlighting the clarity and facilitation of the sessions.
